STEM Marin Fund is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501c3 organization. SMF was founded to support and enhance the STEM Marin program with fundraising for classroom supplies, lab equipment, tools, and materials, During remote learning, SMF provided take-home kits for each student to support their learning. The Fund also provides resources and guidance for field trips, school events, and professional development.

Over the last few years, SMF was able to assist STEM Marin achieve notable milestones including the hire of the first STEM Marin coordinator along with implementing a new website, securing more field trips, and a re-invigorated senior awards dinner.
